Based in the North East of Scotland, Watson Property & Construction is a husband-and-wife team offering architectural design and construction services across Aberdeenshire, Aberdeen City, Moray and the Highlands.

With over 35 years’ experience in construction, Barry is a skilled joiner who has worked on a wide range of projects throughout the North East. Known for his precision and attention to detail, Barry takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and a consistently well-finished result.

Susan is an experienced Architectural Technologist with a strong foundation in both technical knowledge and creative design. She works closely with clients across a variety of projects, from bespoke new builds and thoughtful extensions to smaller-scale developments, guiding designs from initial concept through to planning and building warrant stages.

Grounded in practical experience and a clear understanding of planning and building standards, the practice is committed to delivering functional, well-considered designs and construction work that reflect each client’s vision and lifestyle. Sustainability, buildability and attention to detail are central to every project, ensuring results that are both timeless and practical.
